Individual Development Account Registration
Looking for help jumpstarting your education or home purchase savings? CNAHS will soon begin registering individuals for our new Individual Development Account (IDA) Program! For more information on IDAs, click here. We currently have four slots available to individuals saving for higher education and four slots available for individuals saving for homeownership. If you are a resident of an CNAHS-owned property and are interested in participating in this great program, contact Hilary Smith at (617) 491-1545 x210!
The Cambridge Neighborhood Apartment Housing Services IDA program is underwritten by the Citizens Bank Foundation, Cambridge Savings Charitable Foundation and East Cambridge Savings Bank.

Trolley Squre Community Room Rental
The Community Room at Trolley Square is available for rental for Trolley Square residents and the surrounding community. There is typically a small fee charged for the rental. Please call Hilary Smith-Gage at (617) 868-4858 x210 to check and see if the date you want is available. Rental contracts that can be downloaded and mailed to HRI can be found here:

CNAHS hold events year round for our residents, such as:
- National Night Out — Held in August, National Night Out is a nationwide celebration of community building and crime prevention. Each year Cambridge’s National Night Out is held in a park across the street from 808–812 Memorial Drive, CNAHS ’s largest development.
- Cookouts
- Community Day — Resources are made available to residents, along with food and drinks.
- Earth Day Celebration in April of each year
- Resident Appreciation Day
- Playgroups for children
- Ice Cream Socials
- Educational Classes for such things as financial literacy, green living, parenting, etc.
