REHAB LOAN PROGRAM
The Rehab Loan Program at CNAHS is our oldest program and is, in fact, the reason for our creation. It is designed to assist investor owners, as well as non-profit owners of multi-family housing in rehabbing their properties. In return for favorable loan terms and technical assistance (including extensive assistance with scooping, recruiting potential contractors, and managing rehab construction), these owners commit to keep their apartments affordable for the long term. Through the Rehab Loan Program, CNAHS has secured long-term affordability for hundreds of properties throughout the city.
